Vodafone message

i got this message from 97125 on my vodafone no. It is from corellinet.beezzi.com. Everytime i get the message they deduct QR3 from my phone. Tried to call vodafone and no one answers, logged an online complaint and got no reply. This is comeing from 19th Jan and all my balance is finished.

Can anyone who has a similar problem and had a solution help me to save my money.

thats a survey..

may be u visited a website where you enrolled your number or some one from your family..

try to deactivate it..

visit to any vodafone store near by and they will do it for you

Suggest lodge a complaint in writing. Take two copies of the complaint letter to their office and have them receive the letter, signing on the second copy as confirmation they have received the letter. Mention in the letter that if no action was taken by Vodafone to help you out of this problem, you will seek assistance from Consumer Protection Service. See if this works out.
