visa transfer

i have completed 1 year at present company. Right now i got a good offer from other company. Is it possible to transfer my visa to new company without going out of Qatar. NOC is available. Some people say it is not possible, you should cancel your visa and go out of Qatar with NOC and come back by new visa.

Yes it is possible but make sure the NOC issued to you states that your visa can be transferred. Otherwise, if it says it must be cancelled first then you have to exit the country and come back on a new visa.
