visa expired and sponsor not cancelled

please help tome,

my RP expired 3 months ago, my sponsor not cancelled the visa even i requested several times. i got an opportunity in another company they accepted to issue the new visa. please help to me any ban is there if exit the qatar . any problem arises while issuing the new visa.

please help me..

You cannot exit Qatar with an expired RP.

You can approach National Human Rights Committee and file a petition with them. They may call your sponsor and help you out. They may even advise you to take the matter up with the labour office.
