Visa blocked by ministry of labour for change of sponsorship
Hi all
can anybody advise me for the following matter:
I am currently working with an employer for more than 1.5 years and want to change my job. I have signed a contract with the new employer and my previous employer has also given me the NOC and have signed the change of sponsorship document. Once, my new employer presented my documents to the immigration department for change of sponsorship, they informed him that my visa is blocked to work for any other employer so they didn't accept the documents. Can anybody help me out how can i remove this block thing. I have also visited ministry of labour and they told me to produce certain document for removal but after receiving documents they rejected my application for the removal of blockage.Anybody please help me out in this situation. For unblocking visa you have to submit a request letter from the current sponser stating to remove the block. It should be signed by the authorized sigantory like sponser or approved by immigration or chamber of commerce. Submit this request along with all documents (Same like to immigration) personally. They will verify your ID and if it in the morning, evening you will get message to the given number and to the new sponser.

On last Monday I subbmit my documents in labour dept.
For remove block on my visa.And next day I got msg on Tuesday in Arabic that my request has been cancelled. After which today visited again to ask my status and showed that msg which I recived yesterday. They told me same that my request has been cancelled. Then i requested him to meeting with lagon (comitte).And they are not allowing me to meet with comitte and saying me, stay with same company or tell your new company to give u new visa. I have family here with me.
Give suggestions plz mind very upset and sitting at home from last six month without job
Thanks aslam... I thought the NOC would be invalid if we exit... I got it. I have submitted a request letter to labor department. Am waiting for the response.

If your previous employer is willing to give you NOC as well as change of sponsorship, then ask your new enployer to arrange a fresh visa for you. You can go back to your home country & can back on a new visa. This is the only solution worked for me. As far as 2 years ban is concerned, I didn't understand that. Could you pls elaborate your question?

Can your new employer give you new visa?? What about the 2yrs ban? is the noc enough to get a new visa? pls reply

@benazir: I have tried every possible option which I could. But wasn't able to remove this blockage thing. My previous as well as new employer told me that this can only be removed if you have some very strong reference in Labor Ministry. But unfotunately, I wasn't able to find any one in Labor department. Anyways, after utilizing all my energies for a month, I asked my new employer to arrange a fresh visa for me. And now I came back on 31 Aug with a new visa. Hope this clarifies.
Now I am facing the same problem.My visa is also saying blocked.Did you find any solution for this?
There is no case against me. My CID report is also cleared. My mandoob is saying that sometimes labor ministry put the block on visa without any reason. So there is no other option available except for asking new employer to arrange a new visa for me. Guidance plz
check with your first sponsor's mandoop (PRO) he can help u to find out the reason in Immigration becoz i think being blocked unless there's any pending unresolved issue like case /document from your/company side. try to consult....
