VISA

I have a valid work visa. On Aug 28th 2015 I will be completing 1 year in Qatar. Current sponsor will give NOC and Visa Transfer. If I have to transfer my visa to an other sponsor. Do I have to wait till 28th Aug and then only new company can process or Can I submit the documents in the month of Aug before 15 days i.e around Aug 12th?

2) Is it mandatory according to Qatar Labor law to EXIT the country before the transfer of Visa?

Your current sponsor must start the visa transfer. Your RP must not be expired. You cannot transfer an expired RP! There is no need to exit. You will need a CID report from your home country NOT older than 6 months, too and all your certificates authenticated.
