My brother's visa cancelled on last january, owner promises to give him NOC, but owner not given that. brother plan to arrive again in qatar in visit visa, but travel agency told him that NOC needed for VISIT VISA process bcz of his visa cancelled,. help me to give a solution to this. and provide an agent or authority for visit visa process.., what about new khalafa law, it will happen or not..

As per existing law, nothing can be done without NOC from previous employer. Better wait for new Labor Law to check any relax.
