Vacation
Morning everybody, I have finished one year in my company which I am working and I want to go for emergency vacation, first my company told to give me vacation, but now they are telling that they can't give me vacation and my contract is 2 years and now I finished only 1 yrs is there any possibility to go for my vacation, I am waiting for your good advices.

Article 79
The worker who has completed ONE continuous year in the service of the employer
shall be entitled to an annual leave with the pay provided for in Article 72 of this law.
This leave shall not be less than three weeks for the worker whose service is less than
five years and four weeks for the worker whose service is more than five years.

The hearing usually takes place on the next working day after you file the case. The time of the hearing, the room number and the name of the person who will hear the case are all given in the paper that will be given to you by the Labor Office if your case is accepted by them.
I like to know one more thing , if I go to Labour how many days it take for procedures.

Yes, the Labour Office can help you out but then your company will retaliate by possibly sending you home on an exit should you take this step. You may even approach the Human Rights Committee before going to the Labour Office, and they too may be able to assist you. But in both cases you will face some reaction from your company.

Thank you Angelo, I am ready to pay for the ticket also, but the company is not willing to give me leave , if I go to Labour will they can help me and what are the procedures.
Did you clarify that with the company.
At our company, if you apply for leave before your due leave, which is after you have completed your initial period of contract, the company pays you for your due leave days with ticket.
In your case since it is emergency leave, you can apply for emergency leave without pay and also pay for your ticket. Or, they can deduct the number of days applied from your annual leave once you return.
