Using WC
Hi,
Im one of the staff working one of the mall in qatar.
My query is the mall management wont let us to use the toilets in ground floor and first floor.they asking us to use the basement toilets only.please can anyone advice us if there is any posibility that mall management can stop us using toilets as i said above.
Appreciate your advice.
Thanks.
Naleem, regardless of our opinion, it is the agreement the Mall has with your company with regard to hired help. At the end of the day, you are employed by Mall Management via your company, dont get your BP up. do you no good, just go with the flow, and make a request to the Mall Management via your company, and as we are all here for the money, if you are happy with the income, just carry on and at the end of your contract, look for a new job that meets your pleasure.
Angelo, our companies paying their rent to the mall so in that case the mall should allow us to use the facilities right??
Just tell me if im wrong
Naleem, as you have clearly stated it is the management that gave you the toilet instructions. As a matter of courtesy for paying customers, it is their right to instruct you to use the Staff or otherwise toilet at the basement.
May not be fair, they are the management and are paying you and also may other reasons.
So as molten metal's suggesion big people can step on small people.and im not asking to do something against to d management.the closet room far from ma shop and it takes time and i think u should read carefully.i ask if its possible they can stop??
Thanks wild turkey
What happens if you get taken short ?
No need to oppose the higher management without any valid reason ............... Put some presure on you mind to know & understand a system set up by them ... .. .. It's in your favour .......... your work floor will be less smelly as compared to the basement ............ Wish you a pleasant atmosphere ............. keep on smiling ............ look fresh .............
Yes, you can apply a grievance procedure. A big company should have that. Follow the guidelines of your company policy.
