may Allah accept your umrah

u can wear ihram from ur home in doha itself... it may notbe convienient to wear it on plane or at airport

makkah is some 65 km from jeddah airport. it will take around 90 minutes from airport to makkah.

if u can speak arabic, then it will not be a proble,. there are taxi operators who will take u to makkah.

concentrate on ur ibadat. u can do shopping else where.

i hope u know umrah steps or u can get a book in doha and read about it.

u have a lot of restaurants, grocery stores and food chains. u will not have problem with food there.

while returning back from makkah to jeddah airport, plan to be atleast 4-5 hours in airport before ur plane departs.

May allah accept ur Umrah & prayers there

If it was anything related to going by car i would have suggested morethings. But you are going by air...

Inshallah you will not face any problems just try to know all the rituals required to perform Umrah in a right way before you are on the way to umrah.

First of all Congratulations for having been blessed to perform Umrah.

With due respect, please stop worrying about the things to be arranged to avoid inconvenience. You will get everything in Makah and Madina at a price, alhamdulilla. As you are going by Air, I am sure, you can afford them.

Start preparing to perform Umrah in the right way. Ask some known persons, as to what and all to be done while performing Umrah, so that it is accepted by almighty Allah. The duwas to be performed and the things to be observed while performing Umrah. Spend as much time as possible in Haram, avoid going around to see and shopping. Even if you do not read Arabic, just by seeing Kaaba, in appreciation of Allah, one will be blessed.
