Travel Vaccinations

I am going to six different countries in Africa in July and am looking at getting any extra vaccinations that I need specific to that region. I'm just wondering where best to go in order to get travel vaccinations (hospitals, what section of the hospital I'd need to go to/contact, doctors and the hours they are open) even if I could get some contact information for the correct sections of hospitals to contact, that would be fantastic. If this information already exists in another thread, feel free to redirect me there.
