traffic mistake

While driving from Al Wakrah to Barwa Village, I turned the car into opposite side of the road... There were not vehicles around and I was speaking to my friend.

Will there be a fine? Do the cameras around detect that? Signal was green as I took it... That signal is a forest of cameras :( I checked immediately in MOI website, It shows no violation. How soon they update it? Anyone have same kind experiance
