Traffic Dept opens counter in City Center

THE Traffic Department has set up a counter at the City Center to offer all services to the public, a local Arabic daily reported.
Renewal of vehicle registration and licences, inquiry on traffic violations, paying penalties and all cases related to vehicle licensing can be done at the new counter, which is open from 9am to 3pm, and from 3pm to 9pm, including Saturday.

please help me how can i settle my fines in which i know this is not my fault because of the traffic light which is very fast... 3 cars are just there including me waiting for the green light and i am last... it is still green when we go but when we are in the center the light immmediately change into red so i caught by it.. and i got crazy with the fines which is 6000... is there  any possible solution for this? please help me...

ha ha ha... maybe for both fines. woman are the same reckless driver then the men.

u got that rite WhoMe, another place for long queve. but i think is very convinient though, while woman shops the men queve pay driving fines. hi hi hi... or other way around?
