Toyota Main service center in Industrial area 6

Hi Everybody,
I had an car accident couple of weeks back my car was hit(toyota camry) on a stone ,after visiting the insurance company they said me to go Toyota main service center at industrial rea 6 to get repaired, Initally they said they will make estimate after the approval from Insurance company they wil start to do the job and they will finish with in a week ,now 6 days passed after insurance company had given approval, Today i called them and they are saying still it will take 20 more days to repair my car, they are saying ur chasis need to change, we dismantled ur engine,transmission Etc,etc. Any previous experience with toyota service center for any body here??
If your chasis has been damaged it means the accident was a severe one. It would take any workshop almost the same amount of time as Toyota to repair a car with a damaged chasis. I suggest you be patient as you are getting the vehicle repaired by people who know the job.
