• Get rid of all cigarettes and ash trays in your house.
• Make your home a tobacco-free zone.
• Craving stage does not last for more than five minutes. Wait out the craving.

almost done ... without em ... it was hard to let a best friend go though .... but knowing how much he has hurt me already had to let him go b4 he take my 21 grams away...
i ok till i see someone lighting up ... after a full esp oily meal... or wen am offered...
