Temporary Working Visa Expiration
Please help…I finished 1 year contract from my company last march 2012, they gave me NOC & certificate, after 3 months I came back again here in Qatar for another 1 year contract from the same company..They issue me a temporary working visa which will be expired this end of September 2012..my medical & finger printing not yet done and I still have no Qatar ID..my question is, is it legal that I can transfer to another company here in Qatar? because they are offering a good salary package and later on I can bring also my family here. MY TEMPORARY WORKING VISA WILL BE EXPIRED BY END OF SEPTEMBER 2012..im planning to resign to my company before they renew my working visa..Please help…thank you.
She went to dubai for exit. Get a tourist visa in dubai while they process ur new visa. And then when ur new visa is approved just go back here anytime. U need to get exit permit of course from ur employer here b4 going to dubai. So from here u will apply for a tourist visa in dubai. I know one agency that can assist u for ur visa there. Just email the copy of ur passport and then they will do the rest.
Thank you for the response, Can you please advise me on how your wife process her documents to exit in dubai/bahrain..then come back again here in qatar..because i'm running out of time..i already filed a resignation in my company which is the effectivity was on september 20. please give me some advice..
Just exit to bahrain or dubai after u resign and then comeback again here for a new visa. My wife did the same thing before. No need for NOC from ur last sponsor as long as u have no fingerprint yet.
I have the same concern with you, I hope we will be both be enlightened regarding this matter. I'm working with a temporary working visa for now. Temporary in the sense that it's not yet stamp on my passport. I came here via family visit visa. Now I want to look for another job for some reason. All I know is, it's not allowed. Visa and contract is different thing. If the contract hasn't expired yet you can't leave the company you're working with. But I hope there's more light on this matter.
