local number not answering....thats the way it is.

Then you send an email asking them why no one is answering and then they tell you no problem since you contacted us on the email tell us what you need but first send us the money and after "we'll send the device"

See my point here. I had a couple friends deceived by these people (or similar). And this is their Modus Operandi (MO).

OK, I have no experience with that. If you found it from one of the classifieds on QL, it could be a scam.

The guy is outside of Qatar. He gave a number of the agent here in Doha but she is not picking up her phone.
