Carlos: Most tailors in Doha don't do alteration work. However, there is a shop between Canara Jewellers and Qutaba Restaurant in Mansoora that does. You may try them out if you wish. Unfortunately, I don't have their contact number. You may also try Kashmir Tailors in Bin Mehmood telephone 44425025. I am not sure if they accept the type of work you need done.
