Summer English course recommended in England

Hi all

I am looking for a trustful place in England, where a 17 years old boy can spend nearly 8-10 weeks improving his English. The net is too full, that I can not determine which one to choose. Accomodition preferably with an English hosting Family,if possible near London, but I am open also to other alternatives.
Any help with that?Thanks
