Summer Camps for Children

As I wanted to send my child to Summer camp during these holidays, I enquired a few organisations conducting this and everywhere the timings are 8.30 am to 12.30 pm. Almost all offices here, start between 7 and 8 am. Why these organisations don't consider the working parents?
I think 7 am to 1 pm will be a better timing. If there are any Camps conducted from 7 am to 1 pm, please give information

Summer Camp....Usually they start off by 7am but by the time the bus gets all the children from nearby area and the class starts it takes around 1 to 1 and half hour.

ICC at least have buses outside "Doha" most of the other classes dont.
