sudden termination from job
dear friends,
plz help me in this critical situation,iam working from past two years for a reputed retailer in doha,and all of a sudden the qatari employer said we dont need anymore of ur employment and told me to leave the country in 3 days.
wen i asked about reason they said ur not fit for the position we offered u,
iam just confused that after two years of employment,iam not fit,and they doesnt agree any of my requests.
kindly let me know wat i can do,and wat all the benefits i should get,(iam on my qatari boss house visa)
and doesnt have any work contract except the offer letter .

To run after legal matters is also good idea but I think you should also talk to your boss to give you a release then look for another one.
Go to your country's embassy. It could help if you are a westerner...
Go to National Human Rights Commission near Landmark area, Just explain to them your fate as they will act on this immediately. same thing happened to my pregnant wife a couple of months ago we have gone to Labor in Industrial Area, Human Rights commission on Salwa, But... they will only say that they cannot do anything.. Sad to say that she still went home
u should act fast to run betweeen NHRC and Labour Ministry... do fast
do u have any payment receitps every month, when salary was paid ? any bank statments showing salary transfer from the Employer ? take out all those dcuments related to the employment
You would get a severance pay (I think one month pay per year).
Speak with NHRC or something, I don't know but boy are you in a mess.
