stress?

I am facing unbelievable stress lately, from all directions, specially work related..

If things get too stressful, how do you act?
Do you hide and isolate yourself?
Do you fight back?
Do you get mad and out of control?
Do you snap on the wrong person?

Do you have any stress relieving tips?

I simply just can't take it anymore.

Bibo,

There's a great way to get rid of stress in few minutes. It's amazing. You just tap with your fingers on some points in your face and body. I know it sounds wiered, but it really works. I tired it myself. The best part is that you can do it yourself and control your emotions quickly. It's called EFT.

Give it a try

Check this website : www.emofree.com

In UK , there's lot of EFT practioners. I'm not sure if there is someone in Qatar.

when you feeling "stresses out" dont allow yourself to explode in anger. get alone if you have to, but find a reason to laugh,... and watch the stress melt away

Stress is good....it means you are growing.

Analyse how to handle it. Dont try to run away of give up.

one example is when one is building muscle - one can only build it by putting the muscles under stress.

I simply love you...

I would have never imagined all of you caring how to make me feel better.

I already feel better knowing that :)

well... humm... interesting enough... I had to cancel my long awaited short vacation, because of work. After I got all approvals, issued and paid family tickets, and planned EVERYTHING.. with family members joining me from other parts of the world ... something came up at work and now I am doomed to a *glorious* important business trip during the period of my leave.

so, forget about vacation... I will stick to counting my blessings :)... and actually.. I am not mocking it, today when I read the news about Tyson's daughter, I realized that whatever stress I am facing is by itself a blessing compared to such tragedy!

I will also try to go to the sea at night this weekend!!!

Thanks!!

Exercise is a great stress reducer (and helps you sleep better which also reduces stress). Meditation, whether it be prayers or yoga or whatever is another great stress reliever.

Another way is to count your blessings. I know I feel foolish getting upset about things in my life when I go past a work site where the fellows are working 10 hour days in 45+ heat 6 - 7 days a week. My life is certainly not that hard.

Another suggestion, consider the source of your stress - if it emanates from idiots - why should you care? (I know in the heat of the moment it's hard to keep that in mind - but try to reflect on it in a quiet moment).

We all feel stress here all the time...we do all what u mentioned but we have no choice rather than tryin to compensate this in a way. I feel worst than u specially that I broke up with the girl I loved the past 3 years!!

Try to go to the sea at night and just listen to the sound of waves crashing on each others ... it helps sometimes! aw bl 3arabi deirij .. khedi ijeizi w nzali kayfi bi lebnein w nsi qatar men aseisa :)

I used to get mad and out of control..(i still do sometimes :)

I used to take it on my hubby(thank God he's been patient and understanding)

Meditation and breathing exercises in Yoga(specially breathing alternating nostrils) has helped me lot.And i have started learning more of Yoga.

It has really helped me calm down.

hope this helps..!
