Why don't you go to your embassy and ask them to help - they must be able to do something no?

@coxtown : i had told my HR last month to send me back to India but they told me that they cant send me home. Also to my fellow colleagues. Since there are many projects with the company.

@nomerci : actually, i talked about it with my other fellow Indians and they told me to keep faith in God and jus let God do its work. I was damn upset since last week and had wanted to finish the chapter of my life silently in my room. But for my luck, many of my friends told me not to become God like coxtown has said above and take foolish decisions. But, thanks to almighty God, who sparked new hope into my soul. This thought will never again come into my head for sure. I will fight for my rights and hoping for the best part of my life. Thanks everyone for your kind suggestions. Salaaam.

To recap this story. You never intended to actually harm yourself, hence the question about this not showing on your body. You were planning on staging this event to achieve something or other with your superiors as you were , apparently, unjustly treated.

With this, if it is indeed true, you portray yourself in a very unfavourable light. To say the least.

Yeh, another Lallu prasad Yadav, better you quietly leave doha and go home stay with family. You are not the only one here to face job related tortures, there are hundreds but they dont think of suicide. You need to realise your core responsibilities to live on this earth. Do not escalate more on this issue from back door. Go to Indian embassy and sort your company problems.

I am from India. Actually,i dont have that much courage to do any bad things for myself or for others since birth. I was concerned abt our families if they simply put false case against all of us since our management are rich people. Hope govt. really help innocent here irrespective of money. Really need some govt. authorities to whom we can meet and narrate our whole story. we do have some proof against our management how dirty they deal with staff. Sometimes, it makes me feel whether this is Qatar or Bihar ?? Need advice friends. thanks.

Please do not harm yourself over such matters. It is not worth it. IF you are planning a staged attempt, I can assure you this will cause you even more serious trouble.

I am unable to help with your specific problems UE but can I suggest/encourage that you can work through this. Please follow EvieExpat's suggestions which will help you to help yourself with dealing with this. As for the problem itself there are bound to be people on here who can help you with the process. Have you tried your embassy? Do you have an expat organisation you can turn to? Without knowng your country of origin I don't know who to suggest. If you were able to tell me your country perhaps I could try to help to put you in touch with someone? These issues are not unique (although that does not make it easier, I understand) and can be heard across all sectors of the expat society in Doha.

The reason i m sad is that my management is so rude and arrogant towards me and some of my colleagues since we are speaking the truth and against bad things. My management love robbers and we do have some working with us right now without any fear. Now, my management is putting pressure and giving some false warning letters. So we are worried what will happen if they simply report us to police or do some harm to us. So, its sort of tension for all of us and dont know where we can ask for help. Can we head towards any govt. authority to report this situation??? Please advice. thanks for your valuable time and feedback.

I can't be of any physical help but am on the end of this post if I can be of help as an ear to listen. Please know that people do care and before you make a final decision try to allow someone to help. Whatever has driven you to this point maybe can be resolved or at least dealt with on a daily basis until you are stronger again. You are not in your home country and that must be very hard but there will be compatriots who can help you if you ask for that help. I wish you luck and safety in your journey and hopefully you will smile again soon.

Dear Unknown Expat. There are people here who you can talk to and will understand and can provide you with good help. You can go to Rumaillah Psychiatric Center where they have a clinic with very good, well trained doctors who you can trust and who will listen and give you help. Confidential. No need to be afraid. People like you go there for help all the time and you won't get in trouble. Please consider getting help. You won't regret it. Life will get better. There are people who love you and who care, you will see.

Best is to visit the Emergency department at Hamad Hospital, who have a 24 hours syc. specialist doctor, who can definitely re-generate HOPE and wish for life. Just take this step forward and then leave all the rest on them. Their healing percentage is very high.

Those who stop helping & communicating with fellow humans ......... are considered out from from this world .............

Hope you drive a message from my comment my brother / sister .....

As you commnicate here you are full of life & have courage to explain your situation. There are those weak fellows who keep to themselves can't be a part of the humanity . A person like you has positivity to believe your surroundings ....... play your part in this life ....... if tired take rest & start again ..... everybody do it ............. remain on the straight path ............

You seem to be a stupid, coward to think about suicide in Qatar. Go to your home country and do what ever you want. You are unfit to stay unless you gain self confidence to fight for living. Your life is not yours, its gods do not play with it.

By nylha• 3 Jan 2015 04:46

Hold on tight, have faith committing suicide is a sin. If you are lost in this life how about in the hereafter? Please just pray and everything will be fine.
