Status of Viber in Qatar?

I would like to ask if there are any problems with using Viber to call to and from Qatar.

We are currently experiencing problems. Messages are not received between two users (Qatar and Philippines), calls are stuck at Calling and not proceeding to Ringing between two countries.

maybe this is the problem from the other side where you were calling..

We tried doing the redial a lot of times but experienced the same problem.

No m not facing any issues if it stuck I redial the number that's all :)
