Starting a business with partnership

Hello Qatar Living Members
I have a brother who wish to be a entrepreneur(Business man), he hold a MBA degree and quit the job last year and tried some dairy farming business in India which ended badly due to labour crisis.
I was planning to get him to Qatar from India and support him to full fill his wish.
Is there anyone has experience of initially setting up a new business from scratch. and wish to share his/her story with me or be a partner to the business.
Is it Arable
i have 15 hectare in sri lanka. if u like do someting in sri lanka contact me [email protected]
Be very careful. I went into a partnership wit Rizks and am still paying the price :0(
Its just a art of management and patience. I totally agree on partnership set-up on most of the cases, but we can't say its always end up this way i know some of the world famous business started with partnership and still running good and i am a opportunist assuming every task in life involves risk and issues..
I have several ideas which have so far not arrived in Qatar. But I really hate a partnership setup as down the road, I have see disagreements cropping up between partners due to which business begins to suffer, eventually leading to its collapse. Such things usually take place when the business starts generating profits and one of the partners begins looking for ways to take over the entire business leaving the other partner out in the cold.
Thanks Mr. Akram Wahid for your valuable feedback. regarding QBIC no we haven't done yet as i need to find a suitable business solution according to present market condition. example a mini-super market or Electronic store (sales and service) and a partner with previous business experience to head start smoothly.
