Standard salary in Qatar

Hi! I would like to ask how much is the average salary will I get to a company for a position of HR and Amdin, and in sales? I do not have the GCC experience and new here at Qatar. I am a graduate of Management, Marketing and Law in our country. I have 13 years experience in HR, Admin, Banking, Sales, Management, Marketing and Legal aspects. please help me to decide because my past interviews gave me ranging 3,000 to 4,000 rials, do you think that salary is ok? Seriously you are applying for HR or Admin? It's so pathetic to see the people who are offering you 3k to 4k. For your position MINIMUM is like 8k to 10k. Our company pays 14k to our admin guy though his experience is barely 10 years. So sad to hear that. Anyways its true that salary is based on RACE.

I think in that experience 4k riyals is not deserving for you. You can get 7k riyals for that. But its up to you if you take it or not.
or just an offer? Or you come here on business and looking for job? It matters!
Nothing is standard here. It all depends on what the employer thinks he can get away with and what you will accept.

Yes I am Asian. Rate of us are common but having two (2) positions at the same time receiving the said amount. Thank you very much for your reply.
Yes that is basic salary, but some also includes accommodation and transportation. Another is that the work load they will give, two (2) positions at the same time. Thank you for your reply.
REMEMBER THIS! Here in Qatar, more often they rate you on your RACE! If your Asian..then the rate you are being offered is common.
Worse if the hiring person is Indian, Lebanese...they will definitely rate you low on salary...If its a Brit or American...they rate you on your experience and skills... because they are more fair!

the figure u mentioned above is ur basic salary?? or the total salary...as 3 to 4k is paid to office helpers.
u can only survive in that salary.
