Special Needs Teacher is back

One of my ex-colleague is back in Doha, she was 8 years under schools sponsorship earlier, but cancelled it and now under husbands sponsorship.
She is looking for jobs in Independent schools.
How she should start searching ? Do they prefer Indian teachers ?
