Soundproof wall

I am looking for a gypsum wall with foam insulation or any soundproof material to install it in my bedroom’s wall in order to reduce the noise coming from outside with out change anything structurally in the wall.
My wall is only 12 square meters. Anyone knows a supliers who can insatll this kind of materials?

I don't know actually. I have spoken with many suppliers for sound insulation but they don't do a small job like that, they only work for big projects!
