Short term contract

Hi , Is it possible to lease any apartment for short term. Means if i want to quit , i can do it by giving the notification to owner in a month advance. Is this possible. If anyone have any clue , who and where it works ( for 1 BHK) please help. Thanks in advance.

Ohh...Thanks Mnmq..actuallly i am staying here from last 8 months but due to some visa problems i am nt able to get RP here. in that case i need to come here again and again at every 3 months on temp Visa..so i am not sure that for how much time i am here and till when i will get the RP. but hope fully it wiil be 6-12 months . my budget is inbetween 2500-2500 1 BHk fully furnished.
