Shocking Thing I Noticed At KFC

immediatly u must have told that customer what she did and u must have raised ur voice and support ur fellow customer,no point in telling here after everything,u must have thought why for me, now trying for big show, i am sorry,tomorow it will be for u so teach then n there it self, though u r buying

for a split second,,,you are just trying to cause trouble,,,,I have never seen a filipino even approach such behaviour even when terribly abused.

IF U SAW THIS INCIDENT,IT IS BETTER TO ASK THE CUSTOMER AFTER HE FINISH HIS ORDER IF GOOD TASTE OR HE SATISFIED.............

whoever that service crew from KFC, thats NASTY! Good thing i dont eat coleslaw >.< i just give it to someone else who might like spit :D hahahaha

first, I am wondering how does the packaging for the coleslaw looks like when the server took it from the freezer/cooler. If I remember it right it is placed in a plastic container with a lid...You mean the lady put an effort to open the lid and spit on the coleslaw and then serve it to the customer not to mention that the customer is quite angry since he is waiting forever for his order?

In addition, what if the lady just bend her head and just inspect the food she got...You see there are so many instances and actuations that you can suspect the lady is doing "wrong and bad" with the food...

Also, I agree with the other...better put an evidence so as to prove your allegations to the lay server. It is not right that you just post it here and then tell us about it. Remember, a person is innocent until proven guilty.

I was eating there the same day in the morning. I remember her distinctly it looked like she was super pissed of already (even at 11am), luckily I apologised to HER when she told me my food would be late.

YUCK!! and to think i went to City Center KFC just the other day! You should have reported her, no matter what the customer said spitting in his food is not the answer to it. She should know being in the service industry she will come across MANY types of customers, that doesnt mean you go around spitting and spreading your freaking germs to someone else's food! It is morally wrong and she should have been reported.

Her job is to serve customer better... and we dont care how tiring her job is,, its the job she accepted and choose to perform as required... so no excuse how frustrated her job is and so... if that being the case she has to return the favour to her superior not to the customer who is the main reason for her job and the business....so these doesn't give any excuse edge to her most disgusting behavior...

so such bad weeds must be removed at once......

what we have learned from that is you "must" have what we call 'PATIENCE'.

more arabic citizen doesn't have patience, anywhere in all GCC coutries u will noticed that they don't know how to wait. they can't wait but they know how to ask you or us to wait. right? try to go out to ur house, on the streets, even in the bank, shopping malls, anywhere, they always shout and can't wait for their turn.

oftenly, they will used this sign language (closing the finger tips together while saying one minute. equivalent to 1 hour, correct?) plus, don't forget to ask or follow-up POLITELY. don't shout to the food server... believe me, all are doing those so beware.

She should be fired, I don't care how fed up with her job she is, it's disgusting. If you apply this excuse to other professions who get a lot of hassle, ED doctors, nurses, Police, you then enter a dangerous territory. I hope one day she gets it back from someone she upsets, maybe it will be her surgeon rather than a food vendor.

Could you imagine the crap that people working at KFC in City Center put up with every hour of every day?

What she did may not have been 'right' but it's hardly surprising.

And that's the reason I'm always extra polite to people working in service industries. We need them more than they need us.

We know that customer is always right. But, when it cames to food, like restaurant even a first class or local or fastfood chin. Sometimes we need to be nice or calmly in asking them or fallow up our order. Because, we dont see how they prepare or before they serve our ordered food.

Maybe...., we can do such thing like that, if we place ourself to that lady and also happen the something, maybe... we can do the samething or maybe worst than that.

But, i'm not telling that the lady is right about she acted. Like her, we also don't want to happen the samething to us what happen to her.

Well I didnt see the guy be rude, its like he came after 5 minutes of placing the order and when he was asked to wait, he showed the bugged expression and same something to himself and walked away. Sighness..still, you think that the female did something right? Spitting in some one's food?
