Shared accommodation & Bedspacer

A shared accommodation is usually an apartment or villa with several rooms and a room in that place is given out for rent so that the cost of the rent is divided among the number of residents. However, in the case of a bed-spacer there may be two, three, four, or five people living in one single room depending on the size of the room each having his own bed space and the rent of the room is divided among the people occupying the room.
