A friend of mine is moving to Doha and is looking for a 2 bedroom serviced apartment. What is the price range he can expect to pay for rental, monthly, any area within Doha. Also if there's any contact numbers as well, that is much appreciated. Thanks in advance.

2 B/R serviced apartment are in the range of QR 12000 to 16000, depends on location... Sure Dafna is quiet area but a bit expensive, and is only near "City Center" shopping mall, not the real meaning of city center (i.e. business district, shopping centers, groceries, etc...). If your friend needs a serviced apartment, probably he doesn't have enough time to take care of his living space; thus, Dafna is not the right place to be in since he needs to use a car whenever he needs a cigarette box!!!

I would suggest Al-Sadd area or Bin Mahmoud...

2 bedroom FF around city center (West Bay) will cost 15000 or 16000 QR. May be with good luck 13500 QR.

Hi,

These days fully furnished 2 Bed Room appartments cost in the rage of 9000 to 10000 QR per month. You should look for new buildings.

Good areas, depends on your choice. But Dafna, close to city centre and Hilal considered to be good peaceful areas.
