use EMS service in your post office.

tell your relatives to go to post office and have the 'e-post' service. after 5 working days stuff will be delivered to you door to door by q-post staff or you can pick it up or you may go on-line to track your package in q-post website. be sure that no prohibited stuffs inside!

Get a p.o box in qatar..or you can use your fren's or office's po.box.

Then just send your package by airmail from manila.
