seeking advice for finding a bank

dear all,

pls help me to findout a bank which is giving personal loan to expatriates,if the salary account is opened at the same bank.i am basically a software engineer,my RP and visa is ok.. i am planning to open a bank account from where i can take a personal loan ,i have a good salary with allowance.
