SECOND HAND MOBILE PROBLEM

I bought a mobile phone from someone, when i got home, after few hours i found out that theres a problem with the keypad, it hanged and I need to restart the phone so the keypad can be use again.I tried to return it to the person but he told me that theres no problem when he was the one using it.

can u pls advice me guys on what to do...

One more useful lesson to all, when u buy any second hand items particularly electronics, buy on pre-condition 3 - 5 days time limit for its guarantee and on return basis in case of any defect found later. Also better to take it in writing on the sellers ID copy. No buyer is crazy to buy defective items, but a "S" could be.

you should have checked properly before paying!!Solution...make do with it until u r able to sell it off and get a new one!
