Samsung SGH-F500

Hey guys, Im new here and I want your help.

I just bought a Samsung SGH-F500 it seems ok but I have one problem, I really cannot receive the configuration settings from Qtel. I have been requesting it from them for countless of times now but still I am only receiving the first message which is " You're about to receive Mozaic/MOB settings." but after that no other messages that follows.

So I really cant configure my phone, is there any particular settings that I have to change from my phone, please help me.

Everything is functioning properly and Im quite satisfied with it, but if you can help me solve this problem it will be perfect.
