Hi all. My wife has been offered a job with Hamad Medical Corporation as a CT Technologist. The recruiter says that they will fully sponsor her and our child. They have offered accommodation, transport allowance and return flights once a year as well as medical cover.
The recruiter said that they offering her 11000QAR basic.
Is this a fair and sufficient salary?
How will I be able to join them as the company will not sponsor me?

The salary is good. She will be getting to spend around QR 2000 towards food and miscellaneous expenses. Schools here are somewhat costly.
Your wife should only take the job if HMC grants her family visa status right from the beginning! Make it a condition of the contract.
What is the grade they are offering her? Its good that they are providing accommodation, but school fees are expensive here. You can join if you are in medical field or engineering. Lots of job openings at HMC. Once here your wife can work out a way to sponsor you, all the technologists have families here.
