I'm thinking to invest on offshore investment called Royal skandia
(www.royalskandia.com).

I would like some input from anybody that has experience with this.
Can we trust this kind of investment?

Royal Skandia is one of the largest companies of its kind in the world and are hardly likely to sell you anything that will be questionable. They operate in just about every country in the world and are based on the Isle of Man. Do yourself a favour and read all the detail on the website that you provided.
