Review and Warning on Manila Dental Center

Hello Everyone,
I just wanted to share my experience with this particular dental center here in Qatar. Its called "Manila Dental Center" and it is located near Lulu hypermarket. 


First of, one could NEVER get an appointment here and whenever you try to coordinate with the receptionists, they always seem to be annoyed or will just say "We'll just inform you" then shrug you off. There are staffs there that are polite and are glad to help, but a lot of them aren't even concerned or helpful to their clients. 


Secondly, This dental center doesn't seem to have any kind of systems with regards to their payment plan. They do not properly explain, or even inform you that you have to pay monthly or anytime in order to complete your balance. Clients are left confused on their payment plan, and due to their busy lives, we forget. The staff will just let you know if your balance is around 7000 QR, and you have to pay immedietly. I understand that this may be a small amount for other people, and it is the clients responsibility to complete their payment. But it this situation could be avoided if this dental center has a well-structured system of payment. 


Third, whenever you contact this dental center through landline or phone, especially if you have doubts on your bill, schedule or appointments, The receptionists ofter answer "We don't know" or "You have to go here in order to find out"  Which is really impractical for clients who are housed afar from the center. I believe that it is their role to look further into your request and be knowledgable with their client's files.


Lastly, the dentists responsible for the orthodontic braces do not explain, or even inform you of the plan for your braces. They seem to not be concered or even interested with their patients.


This post isn't about degrading this particular dental center. I just wanted to inform other people who are thinking about going to a dental center here in Qatar.
