Resignation within termination period
Dear All,
I would like to know from someone who has the knwoledge about resignatin during probabtion period as per qatar law.
i am here since two months, probabtion period is of three months, have gone through medical only, still fingerprint not yet done.
Because of the exertion due to my site location and timings (i.e. Leaving room at 3:15am and coming back from site at 5.15pm) , i want to quit the job.
DO i need to give any reason and notice period to the company as per qatar labour law during probation period?
Do i need to pay the compoany for my visa charge for visa print + medical+ticket they given to come?
and even if i agree above two issue to pay and to give notice, does it affects me in any way to goback home country and come with new visa again for another company?

yes u do have to pay for visa and u can go back to your country in ur expense..
