Residence renewal

Hello,
I have a very serious situation going on, my father said that he is going back to his home country and never coming back so automatically my mom, I and my siblings will not be able to renew our residence permit without his consent and if his rp expires while he is out of doha then what will happen to us? What are our options? I am worried.
Iswarya: Just keep you advice and thinking to yourself. I stand by my comment on Molten's stupid advice which is nothing new and unusual from this person. It has been going on for over six years now ---- non-stop.

Aisha: As per the rules and regulations, if your dad is going on final exit, your mom's residency permit will also get cancelled before he leaves which means all of you will have to exit Qatar before he exits. On the other hand, if he leave say right now on "vacation" and does not come back, you will have to leave Qatar before the expiry of your RP. Otherwise, I guess you will face a penalty for each extra day of stay in Doha. The matter needs to sorted out within your own family.
Molten: As usual your "advice" of offering the papa a tour of Australia or Canada is a "great" one. You are back after a long silence with your "STUPID" suggestions.
Aisha, Please request your papa to stay here as it will benefit one and all, I pray he agrees to you !! Get together all your family members and try to convince him to stay here. Offer him a tour to Australia or Canada to keep him with you .......
