If I buy a quadcopter/ drone on ebay, will Qatar Customs Authority or ICT Qatar prohibit it from entering Doha?

It will be very helpful if someone can give an answer with being very sure.

Drones are available in Carefour also ..

Yes, drones are not allowed in Qatar. You needed to take an extensive permission about the type of drone from General customs of Authority before importing them in the city.
