Hello I have signed a letter of intent with a Qatari company, however I have just realized that I do not want to move there due to the labour law disadvantages. I am still in Europe and still did not get a visa, how can I cancel the contract? What could they do? Thank you

just talk to them personally about your concern and try to negotiate what else do you want to change or agreement. best of luck amigo!

Go ahead and inform them. They could do nothing about it.

However you may want to have a fact check on Qatar labor law as western media usually exaggerate negative side of Qatar labor law. I would be good if you take opinion of those working in Qatar of same nationality as yours.
