Is Qtel Broadband good choise for Calling voip ?

As I tried .It's NOT .
I don't know why.
I play the radio online by broad band .
And music download also .
Web brawsing , Email . . .

BUT NOT Voip call .

If any try tell me .

JUST CHANGE THE CONNECTION SETTINGS/....CONNECT THROUGH PORT IN FREECALL SOFTWARE...IT WILL WORK FINE....FOR CALLING CARDS CONTACT ME....59QR
