QTEL
Ive put an application for adding Extra servce ( another Mozek TV channel) for one of my childern room since October 2009. It is been around six month and nothing happen yet. Between time to time I call 111 custmer servce and they put it through and nothing Happen. Couple of weeks ago I complained in Vilago QTEL branch and they put it as hot order and nothing hppen. I dont understand this a customer is willing to pay you extra money every month yet you are not intrested. Is it beacuse trhe only company work and provide the servace her?
How can I solve my problem?
Please advice?!

Wait for Vodafone to start cable services which i believe they are,don't know when & then watch QTEL suddenly spring to life when the competition starts to hit them where it hurts,their bottomline...until then,hope & pray mate!
