QDC Permit

Hi,

Can any recent QDC permit holders let me know if for getting a permit,

1) Sponsors NOC is compulsory

2) A managers letter addressed 'to whomsoever it may concern' with my salary details would suffice.

Option 2 is more than sufficient..

I got mine more than 5 years ago so can't remember all that clearly but I think option 2 was sufficient at the time.
