Profession - Dubai - Visa on Arrival
Folks, my nationality doesn't allow me to get visa on arival in Dubai. However, being resident here in Qatar, wanted to see if i can get it using my RP and profession written in there. WHere one can see the list of approved professions? Before i joined my current company, my profession was Assistant Manager and i travelled once and managed to get it on arrival (my wife got it as well). Now, am supervisor...does this qualify? who knows? I called Emirates, they mentioned that they don't know. I then called Dubai Airport, but i think the guy who picked up the phone was either drunk or sleepy....judging his replies...:)

colleague who has a Lebanese passport. We were told by the Embassy that the visa upon arrival for non-Khaleeji Arabs is only for Doctors and Engineers.
You have your nationality listed as Qatari (but obviously that is not correct). Without knowing your nationality I am not sure that this information applies.

they will give you the appropriate answer. or check with your PRO he knows the regulations also.
