Procedures for get release from Doha bank

My brother facing troubles in getting release from Doha Bank they said our policy is not to give release???

But my brother have been recruited internally and I think there is some low telling about the internally recruited people, that they have the right to get release ??

Any body helps in that

he has to be there at least 2 years. but DB is very well known that they refuse any sort of release to their staff.

once they sponsor u, u're done!

either their way or the "home-way"
