Pregnancy
My wife is expecting and she is in her 3rd month right now, since I am new in Doha, can anyone guide me, Do i have to take an appointment with the doctor in Hammad Hospital or in the Health Centre? How much does it cost there, for consultancy and laboratory tests, Ultrasound and Radiologists.
Please guide me about the procedure and is the facility safe?
Also if anybody know about any packages available for pregnancy in any of the hospitals? Where they charge you a lumpsum amount for everything except the delivery?
No automectic gear is allowed :(
I am learning driving since 20 days still I am unable
to get confidence can any one guide me is it due to

the father wont be able to presents at birth if you deliver at Hamad. At least that what happened / being told to me 6 yrs ago.

I was told the delivery charges in charges is QR 200/- only subject to valid health card.
Rest you can call or visit hamad hospital for further details.

Routine check up in pregnancy can be done in almost all the private hospital and clinic but only few hospitals are having maternity dept.at the end most of clinicand hospital transfers to the HAMAD HOSPITAL
Hamad Medical corporation is one of the cheap and best in this regards.
You better make a health card for both of you and your wife from your nearest health centre.
Health card fee Qr 100/- per anum ,
Once your health card is processed you can directly go for the check up and the will provide you next apointment.
