Im transfering my sponsorship and my new employer requested I do a police clearance certificate which has come back to me with some ''bad marks'' from when i was very young.

Does this mean I will now have to leave Qatar or is there anything I can do?

I was told by a friend that if I cancel my visa etc with my previous employer instead of transfering and then make a new sponsporship application with my new employer that they will not need a police certificate

! please please advice needed thanks!

A police clearance certificate from your home country will be needed even with your new employer. It is a mandatory requirement for the stamping of the visa.
