PLOT PURCHASE IN KERALA

I like to purchase a residential plot in Trivanrum Kerala, near techno park (with in 1-2km). Which area is best & what will be the rate ? If any one have any idea pls share.

iTS VERY DIFFICULT TO GET ONE PLOT NEAR TECHNOPARK..

COZ ALL ARE UNDER MAFIYA..

eventhough the rate is vary high near by Kazhakkootam and near by arae.

probably it will come 2 to 6 lacks per cent,,,,!!!

Price is always in bargaining and be cautious since the real estate market has started tremendous down trend in india.Builders and brokers are struggling to find buyers this time.
